Pros

Everything. Incredible benefits. Lots of PTO. Great health and dental insurance for only a few cents. Wonderful management. No micromanagement. Great coworkers, non-toxic environment, lots of good-natured patients!

Cons

I have no cons at this time.

Pros

Sutter has great benefits at $0 premiums for the whole family for medical, vision, and dental. The dental is a pretty bad HMO plan that no one takes. Medical is Sutter Select and is okay coverage. Vision is VSP.

Cons

Sutter groups all PTO, sick time, holiday pay, etc into a single PTO bank. The pay scale is lower than most other organizations in this industry.

Pros

Good medical and dental benefits. Almost as good as TriCare, just a few more dollars a month. They just favor AM/1st shift needs overall. Night shift CLS is 7 days on and 7 days off. Sick days and PTO days are combined, meaning if you don't call in sick, you'll have plenty of PTO.

Cons

Any there are any pot lucks, there won't be any left for night shift. Working 7 days on, means you're working 70 hrs every two week (pro and con)?

Advice to Management

Morning runs are extremely busy for one night shift to run 3 departments. Keep a good overlap between MN and AM shift in that section.
