Pros
Pay and benefits are excellent relative to other organizations. Working from home is an option for many employees. Executive management is committed to diversity and is committed to the core values of the organization.
Cons
Work is incredibly demanding with high expectations of non-clinical professional staff. Burn-out is pervasive, which is probably true in other healthcare organizations.
Advice to Management

Senior Leaders are dishonest. Company has had 2 RIF"S in 12 months. These jobs could have been preserved had they not had nearly a billion $ in lawsuits in the past couple of years due to knowingly over charging Medicare and Medicaid.
Advice to Management
the annual survey to your employees is horrible. Many of us want to express things within the department about top leaders, however we have been unable to do so because our comments only reflect on our one up.

Depending on which Site you work at: If you're having a problem with your Manager, don't report it to H.R.- that just makes things worse. There are a lot of Cliques and Bullying. If you complain, you will be forced out.
Advice to Management
Become more aware of subtle Signs of someone being Bullied or being retaliated against for defending themselves. Sutter claims to be against Bullying, but there is no follow through when it is actually reported. Don't play Favorites.
