Great PTO accrual, working with my team

Cons

PTO hours, Holiday hours and sick hours come from the same bank, it should be separate, at least Holiday hours.

Advice to Management

Be more understanding and open to employees if they are wanting to further their education. Also when they are going through difficult times

New grad hire! Great Pay, Awesome staff & Offers a lot of PTO

Cons

Have to use PTO for Holidays (you would have to use your available PTO to cover that time off unless you worked that day then would get holiday pay)

Advice to Management

Hire more new grads!
