Pros

Genuine work flexibility. The Managers do not micro manage. I am treated as a responsible adult. I'm given my tasks and as long as the tasks are completed there are no issues. I never wake up feeling like "I want to leave my job". Benefits are really good. Good PTO policy plus additional block week 😊.

Cons

A COLA is needed really bad but I'm sure the company is aware of this and taking steps to asset how, and when would a good time, to execute.

Advice to Management

Make website and pictures reflect the overall population of the company to attract more diverse hires in the Americas.

Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

Lots of incompetent staff hired due to below market compensation since it is all they can afford. No background checks run either, so you have managers hired with zero actual knowledge of basic accounting, basic finance, or basic Excel skills. Just lie on your CV and you will be hired I guess. Upper management does not care what actually happens, so those with talent leave as soon as they find something better. You are told there are no 3% inflation salary increases for anyone, but because everyone talks, you quickly find out it is a lie. The little things that matter to employees, management will screw you on, like illegally forcing you to take all unused PTO. Extremely limited room for advancement.

Advice to Management

Actually listen to employees, and stop hiring without conducting background checks. It might not mean much to you in upper management making $30k USD/month, but it's a huge paycut to us not to get a 3% inflation raise. But you will never listen anyway, so this doesn't matter.
