1. The penalty for missing a class is out of this world. 2. There is no opportunity for career advancement since the company does not offer any set of trainings. 3. The company doesn't entertain any suggestions from the teachers. 4. The company's platform is very counterproductive.

I worked for 3 years or this company, 5.0 rating, students were ,, FIGHTING'' to get my classes. Every time I ha problems with my cerebral palsy spasms I showed medical document as proof, they deduct the class rom my pay (ok) , but then I start new treatment an miss 4 classes ( still showed medical documents) - After 3 years they fire me with breach of contract they made ( 14 days probation -1 month - 2 months ) on day 4 with no reply since, 3 years - 5.0. rating - no vacation days or weekends, holidays or birthdays - sacked after 3 years with perfect rating and medical documents needed to be excused-knowing about my condition and me not taking regular treatments to give as much time to the company I have - which at one point was 450 classes in the month.

Cons
low salary 132php per hr penalties .10% and .20% of your whole salary for AWON absence without notice cancellations of classes will cause you 132php per hr
Advice to Management
management has many demands they give feedback about your classes. they watch classes every month and give suggestions. usually much negative feedback about your class. You can only have 3 warning letters per year about excessive absences and cancellations that might lead to termination. The maximum cancellation is 10 classes per month.

The staff helps you a lot. Good pay with some bonuses. Paid training and meetings. Easy materials to teach. Customer Service helps you to communicate with parents or students who are not behaving well.

The penalties are too harsh. Teachers are penalized for events the cannot control (e.g. blackouts, ISP downtime),

Usually, ISPs provide an official statement about downtimes that should be accepted by the company in unikely scenarios.
