Pros

They give you a lot of classes so you can make it worth doing.

Cons

they lie to you about bonuses, salary increases, they punish you really HARSH and carelessly taking 15 times the price of a class. (67 dollars) when a class is just (4.5 dollars) per 30 minutes.

Advice to Management

At the beginning you accept the conditions just to give it a try knowing that they pay very miserably to teachers. 30 mins (4.5 dollars) and they charge Chinese students 15 dollars per the same 30 minutes. THEY SPY YOUR SCREEN. I'm more than sure they spy on your screen and they ask people to pretend to be strangers to take private classes with you and thus punish you and take your money away. I have taught around 3000 lessons and there has been no money increase. It sucks!

The penalties are too harsh. Teachers are penalized for events the cannot control (e.g. blackouts, ISP downtime),

Advice to Management

Usually, ISPs provide an official statement about downtimes that should be accepted by the company in unikely scenarios.
