They decreased my salary after I've been with the company for a long time. Their platform is laggy and horrible and teaching materials are full of grammatical mistakes. They don't value teachers nor students and they increase class prices for students while decreasing salary for teachers. They fire teachers for being sick or not opening enough classes with zero warning (even if you never cancel classes).

Advice to Management

The way you treat teachers will be your downfall, I hope you can see that.

they lie to you about bonuses, salary increases, they punish you really HARSH and carelessly taking 15 times the price of a class. (67 dollars) when a class is just (4.5 dollars) per 30 minutes.

At the beginning you accept the conditions just to give it a try knowing that they pay very miserably to teachers. 30 mins (4.5 dollars) and they charge Chinese students 15 dollars per the same 30 minutes. THEY SPY YOUR SCREEN. I'm more than sure they spy on your screen and they ask people to pretend to be strangers to take private classes with you and thus punish you and take your money away. I have taught around 3000 lessons and there has been no money increase. It sucks!
