What are perks and other benefits like at Tango?

Pros

- Definitely not something boring. - Full set of benefits (health, sport, free coffee etc) - Pretty good compensation - There are some trends to develop engineering culture.

Cons

- Disrespectful collaboration/relationships between colleagues (so there is no any sort code of conduct or culture) - Rather ignorant upper management or their inability to build proper teams and processes so everyone could feel connected and valued with clear long and short-term personal goals. - A lot of chaos everywhere resulting in a lot of hindering on resolving tasks (like majority of time is spent to rather unrelated stuff) - Career opportunities are rather vague. There is no special process / plan for that. - Be ready to forget about personal life after work. After work there is just some time for sleep and to write some explanation for the next-day standup on how breaking apart software and processes didn't allow you to finish your tasks.

Advice to Management

Growing fast is not improving fast. Think about it.
