Shuffle and/or observation to improve other teams for constructive feedback and not always negative attack on employees.

Pros
Work from home, equipment provided, awesome benefits package, company culture seems to promote wellness and personal growth
Cons
Slightly confusing, but navigable, onboarding process
Advice to Management
During training we were told employees were not encouraged to leave a review on Glassdoor before training was completed, but through Jobvite it is listed as a required task with a due date 4 days after our first training day. Better communication on why this is (or if it's just an automated system message unrelated to employment) would be greatly appreciated!

Pros
Very quick to respond to employee needs and has a distinct culture that is being followed by all sites.
Cons
Fast paced that the current setup sometimes makes it a bit pressuring for people but is supported by people.
Advice to Management
Keep it up. Thank you for giving chances to employees to have a work life balance while earning on this pandemic.
