100% they do care for the employee, beautiful environment, easy to reach out management, they pay on time! ridiculously good company. totally recommend! ... I will not even start about work/life balance... out of this galaxy! best company culture ever!

Pros
Free lunch, nice ambiance, nontoxic accounts, gym, themed floors, good working environment, excellent support from the management, care for mental health, spacious hmo, work like balance is observed, the culture is awesome!
Cons
Salary is not for a breadwinner since basic pay is pretty low but still depends on your account
