Over worked, high case loads, poor management and leaders, no work life balance, very low pay, paid on a monthly basis. Raises maybe once every 8 years. Extremely stressful work environment.

Secured Job, great benefits, paid vacation, good place to start career, helping the people who genuinely needs the benefit.

Cons

Mandatory deduct salary towards retirement, low salary, nonstop working stressful place, no growth opportunity.

Advice to Management

Keep an eye on lazy people working even if they are your favorite employee worked for long, just be fair. Poor management skills.
