Low salary Higher Education not recognized Mandatory On-call and not paid for all hours on schedule to work Poor upper management Software outdated Micromanaging No mentorship Skills not transferable to outside of State employment Unethical Managers, Administration and Directors
Advice to Management
Stop being unethical. Stop lying on lower level employees Pay people for their hard earned Advanced degrees Stop low-balling on staring salary Mentor programs so employees can advance into management, without having to rot in lower positions for years Have an outside complaint resolutions firm for grievances against management Just stop promoting psychopaths, sociopaths and narracists into management.
