How is management perceived at The Fund?

Pros

Many departments are lucky enough to have great managers, and those people always seem to enjoy working at the Fund.

Cons

Many departments are cursed with really poor managers, and those people are seldom happy working at the Fund.

Executive management is new, and maybe that will improve a lot of things, but there there will be a lot of ground to recover...most employees have zero trust in management. Advancement seems to be limited to a small cadre of "the chosen" as we called them; managers who will advance despite all contraindications.
