The firm definitely has a big family feel and the owner regularly organizes events outside the office that allows for bonding between employees across all levels. This firm also cares a lot about the clients and getting them good results. They care a lot about developing their employees and devote a lot of time to training. This is a good place to develop a career as well as making a positive impact on client’s lives.

Cons

The time off is not great and you will be expected to work past 5 pm, which may not be ideal for everyone.
