Pros

Hanover makes work seem like anything but. I truly love coming to work every day and enjoy everyone I work with. The culture is that of family and honesty. Everyone that works for Hanover is friendly, intelligent and honest. Everyone has everyone else's best interest at heart. There is no place better to work and I hope that I retire as a Hanover employee.

Cons

Every company has its short comings but there is nothing major that sticks out to me as a con. The company is ever evolving and growing so communication can be sparse at times.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing.

There is no place better to work and I hope that I retire as a Hanover employee.

Pros

Great co workers and environment! Discount off of apartment!

Cons

A lot of work for assistant managers. More than what I would typically see an assistant do. Unsure if it is just my manager give me all the work that’s not assigned to me. Or if they just expect a lot. Keep in mind I am not lazy.

Advice to Management

More training needed

Great co workers and environment!

Pros

-Free apartment (only in the beginning) and uniforms.

Cons

I consider this company as a stepping stone to a better job. Poor management and the lack of communication and professionalism by the Regional Manager was what made me want to achieve something better after one year and a half. Having APMs and agents work all weekends was unnecessary and the working hours are horrible which does not allow you to have a healthy work-life balance.

Advice to Management

I suggest the corporate office in Texas to rate the performance of the Regional Managers and Property Managers.....Listen and appreciate your employees.

I consider this company as a stepping stone to a better job.
