Pros

Great entry pay, 19.5 days PTO, 8 holidays, purchase 5 extra days of PTO, good benefits, 1 day paid work volunteer somewhere of your choosing, 401k matching, friendly environment, friendly people,

Training is hard, first few months after training are hard but it gets better after awhile. Sometimes the call intake is so high it’s hard to catch your breath, have to call out to person if someone leaves you a bad review even if they’re in the wrong.

Does The Hartford offer dental insurance?

Pros

Some of the best benefits I’ve seen. You get a ton of personal days/PTO, 401K and medical, dental and life insurance.

Cons

The bonus is constantly changing so even if you sell the same number of policies every month, your actual bonus could be different from one month to the next. The difference is a lot, too. If you’ve got a family to feed, this difference is especially difficult. They claim that they have work life balance however it takes a while to see it. It can take years to get a schedule that works best for you.
