What is the company culture at The University of Zambia?

Tutoring offers me the opportunities to relearn which is beneficial as I'm kept abreast with the new trends in my field. My current role has also offered me a platform to grow leadership skills such as effective communication, being a team play and strategizing. All of which are important in order for me to deliver my roles effectively.

Cons

The pay is inconsistent as it is based on the work done. The work available varies depending on the time of the academic calendar.

Introduce team building activities to improve cohesion between Full timers and part timers.
