What are perks and other benefits like at TheFork?

Pros

Good benefits for the gym, ticket restaurant etc

Cons

Line manager was not capable of leading. Area manager was disrespectful and not professional in any way. Work itself is not worth the salary.

Advice to Management

Hire people who are capable for the job and don’t just hire anyone just because you need people. Also stop the friend politics in the office, this way you get a toxic working environment with people who are incapable to lead.

Does TheFork offer health savings accounts?

Pros

Office location in Barcelona city centre and good benefits (ticket restaurants, gym allowance and health insurance)

Cons

Since the company became part of TripAdvisor the same people that were in a management positions before kept the job although they have absolutely no skills for such a position at a multinational level. My manager didn't even speak English and he asked me all the time to review and check his emails!! He was very narrow-minded and lacked of a general business view. My bad not to have reported his lack of skills before time of resign

Advice to Management

My only advise is to change management and be sure that who is in charge of a team has the appropriate skills!!
