Pros

Thomson Reuters is a really good company that offers good renumeration - clothing, medical, and dental benefits, 13th month pay, annual performance bonus, reimbursible leaves, mental health day-offs, transportation reimbursement, and internet subsidy in the pandemic.

Have the annual performance evaluation in a 360. Have your employees evaluate their managers so you know their efficiency and effectivity.
