Pros

This company has not gone without it's growing pains, however with the recent changes made with HR implementation and a CEO who actually cares what every person in the company thinks...this has become a great work environment. Good pay, good benefits, and new management who actually wants to hear what you have to say. The work is fast-paced and we are growing and learning every day. There is room for advancement, as the company is still growing!

Cons

Busy and understaffed at the moment, so it can get frustrating. The capacity of work may not be for everyone. Communication between departments is sometimes lacking, but is being addressed. As a newer company there are some processes that still need refined.

Advice to Management

Keep up the positive changes. Continue to listen to your Employees, like you have been. Looking forward to growing with Tiber!

Pros

Working remotely from home, decent pay.

Cons

First of all these 5 star reviews were written all in May of 2021...RED FLAG!. I've been in the workforce for 40 years and have held several management positions. I've seen it all but never like this, I wasn't a manager for in this growing company so of course you are intimindated by upper management for the simplest mistakes i.e. Crossing your "T's" and dotting your "I's" in emails for fear of being written up and being talked down to like a child. At the time there was no HR, the company was being ran with nepotisms and real workforce issues being hidden from Mr. Frost ,Some crooked upper level management have since been weeded out which I believe had been pushing the buttons of lower management to treat people the way they did. Working from home has its advantages but Tiber makes out like a bandit for that, they don't reimburse for your computer, internet ,office space and your own office supplies. The last thing I want to say is they're a fast growing company that has lost some really good people because of their intimindating style of treating people because of that you now have a shortage of employees...

Advice to Management

Listen to the "Rumors" you here.

Pros

- Remote position - Company paid medical, vision, and dental - Decent pay (but doesn’t match the workload) - Many employees that work here genuinely care for the company and its’ success. Most employees are wonderful, and there is a true sense of loyalty amongst them - Tiber has great vendors and contractors - Growing company

Cons

- Nepotism at its finest. It is who you know around here and not what you know. I thought those days were behind us, but it’s worse now more than ever before - “New hires” are coming in with higher salaries than current employees. Where did the appreciation and fairness go? - Process changes are being implemented without being completely thought out. This is a disaster waiting to happen. - Very low morale in many different areas of the company. - Overworked - Lack of (or misguided) communication - Lack of inclusion (unless you’re part of the “in” crowd. - No loyalty

Advice to Management

Listen to your current employees, they may shed some light on the current environment we are working in. Morale is low is many departments. Please do something about this before you lose some very good people…and you will if things continue the way they are. Tiber is creating a very toxic work environment and these issues can be resolved so easily…that’s if you actually care about the people that work here.

“New hires” are coming in with higher salaries than current employees.

Pros

Working remotely can be beneficial

Cons

Quite possibly the most unhealthy work environment I've ever been a part of. Upper management exploits you and takes advantage if they see you work hard- giving you the work they themselves don't know how to do (though they'd never confess that to their superiors). There is no HR so favoritism goes unchecked and you are consistently thrown under the bus or used as a scapegoat. Upper management uses fear and idol threats to fuel poor work performance. I've never put forth so much energy at a place for such little pay and received this much mental/emotional abuse. Upper management isolates you so you aren't able to talk to anyone about your concerns or any negative interactions you've had since there is no HR.

Advice to Management

If I were the owner I'd be legitimately concerned about a lawsuit, given the interactions I've had in this company (especially without a Human Resources). So get yourself an HR. Restructure and do a delve into the managers you've instated. They are terrible at managing people. They don't know how to speak to others, delegate, and may be some of the rudest people I've worked with.
