As the leading PMU brand in the biz, the team is passionate to share with the world it's innovative products. Pros are: · Friendly faces · Challenging · Rewards employees and recognizing hard work · Cute office (pre-COVID) · Remote Work · Interesting industry to learn from · Health Benefits

Cons

This company (and industry) is growing at a fast pace. The team needs to catch up with the needs of the business. You may find yourself wearing many hats. It's very fast-paced and not for everyone, but a great way to learn different parts of the business.

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to the team and make conscious decisions to encourage a healthy work environment. Thanks for starting to reward team members that deserve to be recognized for their hard work!

The team is great at working together and keeping it light-hearted while still being results-focused. At the end of the day, you are the only one stopping you from moving forward when you're part of this team.

As a quickly growing company, some positions are left needing to be filled. However, these are new positions that are being created as the company grows and will benefit it further in the end.

Advice to Management

Continue letting your employee's voices have a place and reward them for their hard work as you have been. Feeling heard and recognized can go a long way! ☺️

What is the company culture at Tina Davies?

Pros

I've truly had nothing but a positive experience while working with Tina Davies. I've thoroughly enjoyed working alongside a team of people that are dedicated not only to providing the best tools and knowledge to PMU artists, but dedicated to creating a healthy & comfortable work environment for their staff. From the biweekly virtual meetings with the entire team to check in on how everyone is doing working from home, to the willingness of all staff to help in any type of project regardless of whether or not it falls under their job description. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such a positive group of people, and can't believe I get to call this work.

Cons

I'm yet to find the con of working for this company.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working alongside a team of people that are dedicated not only to providing the best tools and knowledge to PMU artists, but dedicated to creating a healthy & comfortable work environment for their staff.
