Pros

Great team culture for remote company. Ability to work remote. Good training. Nice and supportive managers (for the most part)

Cons

Pay isn't great. The company is pretty stingy with their commission percentage. They are even stingy with the stipend for the tech stack they provide. Considering they have very little to no overhead you would think it would be the opposite. CEO is a narcissist. They have company wide meetings and half of the company dreads them because they have to hear him speak rudely to everyone. Folks internally will ask him questions at meetings and he'll either ignore them or give short and rude responses if it's a question her doesn't like. Recently did pretty big layoffs because they over hired. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
