long hours they don't pay attention to the hours you can work and schedule you for 10 hr shifts when u said u only want 8 hr shifts

Interesting perks like Wine for Life, decent medical benefits, dental, vision Fun customers, fast paced, always busy, most employees are professionals
Cons
Expectation is working 10 hour days every day which is very tough on your body and leaves no time for quality of life outside their business
Advice to Management
Management not skilled at building a high performing positive culture. The company talks a good story about training and development, but there is no time allotted to do so. Managers are just highly paid hourly employees, stocking and running registers.

Does Total Wine & More offer family leave?
Pros
Education is top notch when coming from outside the company. Within company benefits (Wine for Life, tasting training, trips, etc) are amazing.
Cons
Very difficult to navigate how to move up to any position, from store level to within corporate. Medical benefits leave a bit to be desired. Training when promoting from within needs restructuring.
