Does Toyota Material Handling have an on site gym?

Pros

- Strongly defined company culture - Great team working mindset co-workers - Good work/life balance job - Great benefits w/ onsite gym & medical center

Cons

- Tends to be a more bottom-up approach style work - Location is not "fun" for younger people. Columbus is a great place to raise a family - Not much emphasis on the succession planning or job rotation within the company

Toxic environment. Management plays favorites. Holds a threat of being fired.

Advice to Management

Practice the Japanese cultures and values touted to employees. They do not practice what they teach.
