What are pay increases like at TrackMan?

Pros

Interesting work, people in the US office are all very nice and genuinely care about you, work schedule flexibility, golf simulator in the office, great culture and some employees have the ability to work overtime if set to hourly pay, lunches sometimes are ordered in

Cons

Average pay at best, either no raise or minuscule 3% raise tops, nowhere to move up within the company besides sales, very disorganized training process and you are basically thrown in the fire on the phones without proper knowledge of the product.

Advice to Management

For higher up mgmt: re-evaluate your priorities with employees. Most employees (excluding engineers) will not stick around when they realize they will be stuck making 40k a year with no room for growth within the company. Also, you have no chance at being hired into sales without prior sales experience (this should be known for anyone looking to get in with TrackMan and then move into sales). Huge revamp of the training process and customer escalation process are needed. Bring back bonuses or other incentives to keep morale high.
