Where do I begin? Trailstone is the Best origninzation I have ever been involved in. Mark Rodgers who is the agency principal and owner is one of the best human beings I've ever worked under. But whose my boss, I'm my boss. I have been in the insurance industry for 15 years and I absolutely love being an insurance agent. I started my career with Allstate and I worked for the man for 10 years; never building any future revenue for my self just always making more money for the agent owner. There is no better industry to build future wealth/revune than the insurance industry but i beleived in order to do so you had be be an agency owner. Most agency owners do share their renewal revenue!!! I always dreamed of owning my own agency. As I explored becoming an Allstate agency owner, I met Mark Rodgers the agency principal at Trailstone and got to know him. Through our many conversations I grew to respect him and was really intreagued by the way he ran his insurance agency. When he explained that his agents make a large portion of their new business sales and a large portion of their renewal revenue, I was very interested in the opportunity. In a later conversation he told me he just cut a $10k check to an agent and I in. I had never had that kind of check at Allstate. I had to check out the opportunity. I knew I would be leaving my yearly salary and that was very scary but for the first time, I was my own boss and building a future for myself and my family. Mark Rodgers was very generous and their process helped me tremendously to get on a path to successs quickly. Now after 4 1/2 years I average a gross amount of 15k a month and I am projected to make a gross amount of close to 20k a month after the completion of this year. I have never worked for a comany that lives by its motto "to treat others as though you would want to be treated" If you are an entrepreneur with a great work ethic and a willing to learn something new...Trailstone is the place for you!!! Through their very generous contract, their technology, their training, and their processess; they can help get you on the path of success very quickly! And then the sky is the limit!!! My goal was to get to $2,000,000 in written premium and the semi-retire and spend time with my family by the end of my 5th year and I am almost there. Maybe your goal will be to write $5,000,000 in premium and by a beach house in Greece. What every your goal is you can acheive it with hard work and dedication working at Trailstone!!!

There are no cons!!! I can't emphasize this enough! Best company I have ever worked with and I have worked with alot. If you want a full list of companies I have worked for since the age of 15 hit me up...It's been over 40. I have been in the insurance industry as a licensed agent for 15 years and the last 5 have been with Trailstone; BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH!!!
