What are perks and other benefits like at TriMark USA?

Pros

Coworkers are great, upper management wants to care, compensation and benefits are good

Cons

No room for growth, bottom people stay low while mid-Senior and up receive promotions every few years, company cares more about numbers than the people hitting numbers, once they find out you’re good at something, you won’t be able to move on from it

Advice to Management

Structure the company so there is a place to move up instead of having to stay in your current job or leave the company. Care that the people on the lower end continue to see the higher uppers getting bigger and bigger pay days while the bottom half are offered no growth opportunities.

What is health insurance like at TriMark USA?

Pros

The starting pay is decent but, raises are very small.

Cons

Maximum raise is only 3% and health insurance rates are very high. The raises received are not usually enough to cover the annual insurance increases. The majority of the employees do not work together as a team, instead, many seem to be out to get one another. A lot of bad-mouthing about other employees goes on constantly! There are many people who spend a good portion of their day talking about other people and nothing is ever done about it.

Advice to Management

When you receive complaints about other employees you really need to look into what is going on; especiallywhen there have been multiple complaintsfrom various people. It is very discouraging to those who work hard and nothing is done about the people who don't.
