the pay is not any good and below average, The have meetings quarterly to inform employees how much the company is making in profit but never give raises to match cost of living. The employees are in a click like high school and if they don't like you they try and force you out. Higher management does nothing to discourage this behaviour

Advice to Management

Give current employees more pay, the annual cost of living does not match the pay that you are giving. Stop the clicks and teach management how to handle
