Stable employment, caters to veterans, offers telework, subsidizes metro/trains for commute, great healthcare and dental benefits, TSP, retirement pension

Cons

not a lot of opportunity to advance past a certain grade, promotion favors minority race over others regardless of skillset, no room for innovation, little to no bonuses, lazy workers do not get fired, communist pay structure where good and bad workers get paid the same no matter the output

Advice to Management

Get out of the stone age and allow more telework options beyond COVID.
