Flexible schedule, great health and dental insurance, 6.5% retirement account match, lots of space/resources, 25 days of PTO/year plus federal holidays (12 sick, 12 vacation, 1 prevention), lactation facility for nursing mothers.

Clunk systems that are common with giant organizations, set salary increases that limit growth, experience varies greatly by supervisor
