1. Contractual nature of the job. 2. Requires a high degree of focus, attention and dedication to flourish as an agent. 3. Working hours are dependent on availability of leads.

Advice to Management

Based on the excellent track record of the company, I would suggest continuing the extant growth strategy by scaling the service offerings, of Upcall, globally; this would likely create a surplus of leads, for agents, on an annual basis.
