Average Pay with decent benefits

Cons

You are not valued at all. Everyone is replaceable. You are practically disposable. Except the narcissists running the place. It's a co-op so the CEO should answer to the board of directors but actually they answer to him.

Advice to Management

Value your employees. They are the ones on the front line doing all of the work while you sit back and take the credit. You're safe in this company if you make the big bosses look good,
