What is the feeling of job security at Vega?

Pros

- Friendly coworkers, easy to get along with - Easy going, clock in/clock out mentality - Tons of perks: Lunch is provided by in house chef who is amazing, flexibility to work from home generally, gym and lunch classes led by employees

Cons

- Under-qualified hires. Example: PMs without any project management experience or certifications/training - Continued issues with retention even with employee survey results clearly outlining issues with upper level management. Example: Leadership team has changed over twice in two years, currently no VP of HR or Marketing - Broken business model. Unclear how the company will succeed in the future as Danone acquisition (April 2017) was largely mishandled. With 4 CEOs since then, one can imagine how much instability there has been on vision and strategy.

Advice to Management

I hope that the executive team can get on one page, with one direction. Executive coaching would be highly beneficial to support cohesiveness at the top level. I recognize that our mighty leaders are human too and that we all need support along the way to overcome these intense challenges in our career journeys.
