What are other benefits and incentives like at Venminder?
Pros
Competitive pay, benefits, great work environment, senior management isn't anonymous - they are working alongside everyone, it's really family-style working!
Cons
Processes are ever-changing, it's sometimes hard to know what is current. But the company isn't a big corporation, so things are ever-changing because they are GROWING! Senior management is easy to contact for clarifications.
Advice to Management
Perhaps having processes set in stone would be beneficial.

Does Venminder offer a yearly bonus?
Pros
- Work from home - Availability to take off for dr. apps and make up hours later in the day - Great benefits - Work environment is laid back
Cons
As a Vendor Success Specialist, we handle very many vendors. That being said, our workload is VERY heavy. Handling all the vendors special requests along with remembering the clients special requests can be a lot to keep up with. I feel as if our team is under paid for all the work we take care of each week. Our team also experiences a lot of change. Each time a change occurs or a team member takes on a more complicated workload, there are no pay increases. I believe Venminder should offer raises throughout the year, rather than just one time a year. Our team resembles the Customer Success Manager team and I believe we should be paid the same amount.
Advice to Management
We often feel as if we are looked down on by the Customer Success Manager team. We handle very complicated situations and a heavy workload like they do. I feel like we should be treated the same way and make the same pay.
I believe Venminder should offer raises throughout the year, rather than just one time a year.
