What are perks and other benefits like at Veritas Collaborative?
Pros
The people that work there are passionate about making a difference. Most are great co-workers and personable. Good benefits and PTO. there have been some improvements over time being implemented.
Cons
Micromanagement of some departments, poor work life balance, very high caseloads for the clinical team that upper management cannot yet see that multiple staff have reported this leading to burnout and resignation, most work frontline work is given off to TAs that do not have the adequate support and training to handle, poor ongoing training for front line staff. Not the best example of leadership. Change is too slow to not repeat the cycle of burnout and resignation.
Advice to Management
Please review feedback from previous employees and make changes accordingly. Staff have been saying the same messages for over a year.

Does Veritas Collaborative offer tuition reimbursement?
Pros
Great pay for someone without a college degree
Cons
Horrible management, High turn over, leadership is unprofessional, lazy, and treat employees as if they are beneath them. Front desk lead never did any work. She was never allowed to get packaged when vendors came. Lead and management making working there almost mentally unbearable. Management clearly has never had management experience when she took on the role as patient navigator.
Advice to Management
A lead is supposed to lead by example. If that can’t be met than a suitable position should be considered for that staff. The company has way to many talented people looking to move around with in the company just for the lead to just sit on her behind everyday watching other front desk staff on camera to criticize them when she isn’t watching Netflix. Patient navigator needs some professional development training.

Does Veritas Collaborative offer unlimited time off?
Pros
The pay is competitive, and company is new and well positioned for a lot of growth potential in an upmarket niche that’s underserved.
Cons
There is no concept of time off or work-life balance. Micromanagement is the only style of management up top. Reactive, convoluted, and utterly lacking in professional and personal boundaries are the salient features of this dysfunctional culture.
Advice to Management
Show some respect for people’s right to not be at work all the time. This is not an emergency. So, You can either trust your people and let them work or breed resentment and ridicule by overwhelming and undermining employees with unchecked emotionality and unhealthy workaholicism. How much turnover does it take for somebody on the board to bring in a culture consultant for an assessment of the root cause? It does affect the bottom line, believe it.
