What kind of career opportunities exist at Wake Technical Community College?
Pros
Love the flexibility of my schedule and my manager is wonderful to work with.
Cons
While it is no longer an issue for me, there is no opportunity to work full-time as an instructor. Seems the college is not hiring full time where they would have to offer benefits.
Advice to Management
Make a way for successful instructors to be paid based on the number of students in the class as opposed to the number of hours.
