What are working conditions like at Wake Technical Community College?
Pros
People are very nice and friendly, schedule is flexible, very open to new ideas and continuously improving the courses.The pandemic and the uncertainty around it has presented many challenges but I think that WTCC has handled it about as well as possible.
Cons
Lots of last minute instructions - usually valuable but I wish they could be shared earlier.
Advice to Management
On a good path, keep improving and bringing in people from outside to bring new ideas.
