Bonus opportunities, time off (sick time is separate from PTO now, which is awesome), tuition reimbursement (this can include industry certifications), health insurance, and team culture have been the best I've experienced so far. Senior Management makes themselves accessible and innovation is also top tier in the industry.

Cons

Upward mobility can be tricky depending on which office you're at. Also, being a media company, work schedules can be a little unpredictable at times.

I am an intern and everyone is lovely and patient and willing to help. The company is great, free pizza, free breakfast for 3 months due to the pandemic office return, occasional free drinks, free bees, flexibility.

The company offers great employee benefits including parental leave, PTO, and accommodations. There can be great growth potential depending on the department. Because the company offers so many great benefits, people tend to stay in their roles for a long time so it can take some time to move up.

Cons

Alienating people of differing opinions. They seem to be very open minded and offer opportunities to grow and learn about current social issues which is absolutely fantastic. However, I’ve noticed that if any employee seems to lean slightly towards the right, they are shunned by coworkers and fear losing their jobs.
