Pros
Salary is really fair plus other benefits like commissions, annual company retreat, flexible work hours and holidays. The values team culture and environment are excellent. Everyone is willing to help the others and I feel my ideas are always heard. It’s possible to grow as an individual while also growing as an organization.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any.

Pros
- The interview process is very straightforward and quick! Something that is much appreciated, I joined before they put in place Pinpoint, so I have no idea how the new recruiting process works anymore. They are looking for people really interested in the company, which makes sense! - WFH 2 days per week - The three founders are very down to earth and approachable - What matters is what you accomplish not what you wear, I didn't expect to be able to work wearing jeans since I'm coming from a very different place - They live up to what they promote: honesty, it's nice that they invite us all to this monthly online meeting to see what's happening within the company - Horizontal structure - Weekly 1 on 1 with your direct supervisor - 15five platform on place, which means that every week you have the chance to describe how are you feeling, what can be improved, and your workload - Annual retreat!!! This year we spent a week in Cartagena, which was a unique opportunity to gain in depth knowledge of the company and get the chance to meet all the fellow colleagues and understand what do they actually do within the company and who they are as people - Annual salary review (I think) - Unlimited paid time off
Cons
- Similar job positions in the Netherlands include additional benefits like: pension scheme, 13th month salary, individual savings contribution. Here you only get the mandatory 8% holiday payment (plus the annual retreat and unlimited time off) - They have many platforms on place but no training is provided so it can be overwhelming. Recently, a colleague started an initiative for that, so that was great! Let's see how it goes - Onboarding process can be improved. The information you get before your first day is very valuable and appreciated but once you have actually joined you can feel a bit lost on the things that are next, so rather than relying on your supervisor, it'd be nice that HR give you the necessary tools for that (like the platforms you'll use and the why and the who to ask what) - For me it was very weird to be surrounded by IT people but, at the same time, you know you can't ask them about your daily IT struggles, like how to actually use the printer, scanner, what to do in case you can't log in to your account
