How is management perceived at WideOrbit?

Pros

Employees and management are generally very respectful and supportive of each other. Sabbaticals! We can take 4 weeks off after 4 years or 5 weeks off after 5 years from hire date or most recent sabbatical.

Cons

Moving into new roles and getting promoted can be challenging. Departments within WideOrbit sometimes feel siloed.

Is WideOrbit a good company to work for?

Pros

Great working culture, enjoy employees, good work-life balance and nice work perks (sabbatical). WideOrbit offers wonderful benefits, medical, dental, vision and 401K matching. Executives are approachable, friendly and transparent. They are transparent with company vision.

Cons

Due to shifting focus with company vision and execution we recently had a RIF. This is never easy or fun but unfortunately something that most large companies go through at one point. Now our company goals and vision are much more refined. Post RIF morale has increased and in my opinion productivity has also increased.

Advice to Management

Continue to keep open lines of communication with the larger employee base.

Great working culture, enjoy employees, good work
