Pros
Great team with caring leadership. Sincerely invested in the safety and well-being of the clients.
Cons
Once the business was sold, the remote jobs were (or in the process) of being transitioned overseas. Moderation is now extremely lacking, which is not a healthy look for a gaming site gear toward the younger children, age 6 to 12.
Advice to Management
Real time moderation driven by live moderators cannot be completely replaced by filters. Children these days are extremely skilled at filter dodging and engaging in conversations that can only be caught by humans utilizing knowledge of context, fads and emotions.

Pros
Your coworkers are great. They work hard and can be good friends. Worklife balance is nice, I didn't have to work too much overtime.
Cons
Management is a mess. Leadership pretends to have transparency but are constantly leaving employees in the dark. The CEO only cares about analytics and doesn't actually care about the quality of the products they produce or the team building it. Team members have less say on design than the analytics team.
Advice to Management
Focus on making your product the best product it can be. Trust in your designers and developers more than the data that's always a step behind.

WildWorks has attracted some of the best creative talent on the planet. Their dedicated team of artists, 3d modelers, and engineers are among the best in the business. It was a pleasure working and learning alongside many of them.
Cons
Management is lacking clear and dedicated direction. One of the executives lacks the basic skills required to build and motivate a team. They should be kept to counting money.
