What are perks and other benefits like at Williams?

Pros

Benefits are comparable to other O&G companies

Cons

Work life balance is nonexistent. No loyalty to employees. High turnover rates. Dated systems and programs. They do not promote employee growth. Lack of female leadership. Dated processes that delay projects and work.

Advice to Management

Hiring more people to do manual data input jobs, then having a lay-off every 3 years is a poor way to do business and has caused the morale to be in toilet for years. Update your programs to something more recent to produce better quality data and reports. Most of the company is stuck in the 90’s with their processes and it’s holding your younger, more adventurous leaders back. Lastly, Williams should hire more female leadership. The female presence is minimal, and that’s sad.

Does Williams have a pension plan?

Good saving and pension plan

Cons

Can’t get any work done for excessive , repetitive paperwork, overlooking safety and poor Permian Basin management

Advice to Management

Treat all EMPLOYEES the same when dealing with issues. Quit bypassing safety regulations to save money. Give a crap about something besides your bonuses
