Pros

There is room for success. You have the opportunity to earn better tips than other similar jobs. Many loyal customers. Good food. Opportunities for advancement (movement to management roles is encouraged). Hard/consistent work is encouraged (often rewarded). Better than Hooters (girls tend to go work there once they are fired from WH)

Cons

They *will* reduce your hours as soon as you begin to look older than 25 (unless you have great management and work hard). Always compared to Hooters. Huge management turnover rate. Don't count on them sticking around. Huge staff turnover in general. (Work hard and stick around if you want to succeed.) People will think that they are allowed to treat you/talk to you however they want (almost as if it were a strip-club)

Advice to Management

Try to stick around for at least a year. Too much management turnover at Winghouse.

Environment, no room for growth, drama with girls.

Poorly ran company burn and turn with managers leadership is non existent worked as GM for a year was set up by a newly promoted district who didn’t like older managers Will never get that year back!! Don’t waste your time
