How is management perceived at Wireless CCTV?

Pros

1. None 2. Honestly None 3. Trust me None 4. Zero 5. Guess

Cons

Not recommended if you value your mental health. 1. Company pays its engineers a low salary for what they do. Engineers are required to work overtime to make a decent pay. Managers do not have the slightest care about the pay nor their engineers. Absolute joke 2. Managers are ridiculous, they talk about engineers behind your backs to other engineers and so on. 3. Engineers are looked down on massively by the company. No sense of appreciation. Cons Salary, Work Life Balance, Mental Health, Managers, Company Culture WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Advice to Management

How about listen to your current engineers? We have been asking for a PAY RISE for 6 months now and have been told ‘There is no budget’ however recently the company has decided to ‘Double its size’ by hiring double the engineers, purchasing new vans for these engineers, PROMOTING OFFICE STAFF WHEN THEY THREATEN TO LEAVE. Absolute Shamble.

Managers do not have the slightest care about the pay nor their engineers.
