What is the company culture at Working Families?

Pros

Hands on environment with loads of experience

Cons

The political talk and the company culture are at odds. The hold all of these values about laborers but don't pay their fellows, don't respect the POC who work there and doing really walk the walk they claim.

Advice to Management

Spend sometime really looking around at who you employe and what you're doing. Because in my three months with you all I was digested upon exit. !

What are co-workers like at Working Families?

Pros

I was working as a canvasser and only for a brief time so I don't know how much I can speak to the nature of this organization but my time there was good. The team I worked with was very chill and the team leaders facilitated a positive work environment. I think the organization has good values and goals.

Cons

Canvassers are usually just hired on for the election season (late summer until election day).
