Does Workplace Options offer tuition reimbursement?

Pros

The pay is great if you are right out of school. Lots of overtime available. Just don't make the mistake of staying too long. Use the job as a stepping stone.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with the day to day operations and as a result create unrealistic expectations. There is constant procedure and system changes. Burnout is inevitable.

Advice to Management

less micromanagement

The pay is great if you are right out of school.

Does Workplace Options offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Nice service industry to work in

They just don't seem to care about their employees or value there loyalty

Advice to Management

Give annual cost of living pay increases, to your employees, appreciate their commitment to you, and stop with the school bully behaviour! The sad thing is that Alan King is such a cool man, admittedly if he doesn't like you his face doesn't hide it well, but all the same, he can be so inspiring, and then the other big boss.just pours swamp acid all over everything, leaving people feeling down, sad and sometimes crushed, for no other reason than "just because he can"
