Does XPO Logistics have a pension plan?

Good job, reasonable pay, not bad pension scheme and reasonable holiday allocation, 10% staff discount with Iceland and Booker
Cons
Management are bullies, clueless, draconian and will discipline you at the drop of a hat, no support and drivers are treated like second class citizens
Advice to Management
Your drivers are your most precious commodity, something you have clearly forgotten,
