New executive team is focused on quality and taking care of our customers. People are very friendly and helpful, want the company to succeed. Get to work on a lot of different projects. New executive team is making efforts to listen to employees. Can email CEO directly and get a response if I have a question or concern.
Computer system is very challenging. Communication is sometimes poor between departments. Raises have been hard to get. Has been a lot of turnover in executive group, but optimistic this group is going to stay. Not a huge company so not much room for advancement.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to employees and department supervisors. Listen to employees before making changes. Improve communication between departments. Make updates to XMBM system. Long term employees who have been loyal throughout executive team changes deserve raises.
