What is the retirement plan like at YAC Systems Singapore?

Pros

CNY 1 week paid leave without deducting annual leaves.

Cons

Stubborn working culture in department that passed down since many years back. Some managers there aren’t helpful towards their employee (good like playing ‘taichi’) more like passing their own sweet time towards retirement and some management tends to their own interest rather than employee. They don't care anything happens to you as long as there is profit to them. Mechanical designers here should be awarded the tile "best aluminium profile designers". Apart from drawing brilliant aluminium profiles, They will just stick to the one design and will not improve their design, even after feedback for many times. A disease passed down from generations (past designers left , new designers enter). Also the designers manager him himself will do all his best to protect his beloved babiy designers by saying "small matter, we all share the same bullet". So basically is things can be made easier, designers will not take action to improve it.

Advice to Management

1) PLEASE SEAT DOWN WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE PROMISING TO CUSTOMER IT IS DOABLE! 2) PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DESIGNERS HOW TO PROPERLY ANSWER CUSTOMER! 3) PLEASE SEND OUR DESIGNERS TO SOME PROPER SOFT SKILLS CLASS!
