Pros

The company's culture is the best thing about it. The vibe is not too "corporate" and you can socialize with people easily in the company because it gives you a lot of opportunity to do so. There are also a lot of talented people you work along with. People I've worked with are also approachable.

Cons

The UX culture in the company is not that mature yet, although in the Philippine setting that would probably just be nitpicky. The workload levels are also pretty high at times, especially as a new intern, but that probably just getting culture shocked from having a different kind of workload in university.

Advice to Management

Try to check with interns more often and see how they feel. Some might feel very lost and demotivated. A more comprehensive onboarding process would also be great because in my experience, I had very little idea of what I was supposed to do the first time I was put in a project.
